RETURNS & REFUNDS

Saks Potts gladly accepts returns, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Saks Potts will refund the full amount of the returned item(s), and you are responsible for all other expenses, including the return costs.

The item(s) should be returned new, unused, and with all Saks Potts tags. Returns that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your own expense.

If a signature SP Box is included in your original order, please include it in your return to have your refund completed.

You may try the item(s) without causing any sort of deterioration. If the item(s) are used in any other way than described above, we consider the item(s) as used, and you will lose your right of return partly or completely.

When returning, please include the packing note received with your order. As soon as we have received the return, the item(s) will undergo a quality control check.

Once the return has been accepted, all successfully returned items will be credited to the credit card used to originally purchase the item(s). The original shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

We do not take responsibility for items lost during the shipment back to us. Therefore, we recommend you keep a postage receipt with a tracking number as proof that the package was sent.

If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, please do so by placing a new order on our website and then return the wrong size or style to the address below. The second shipping charges will not be applicable. Therefore, please inform us regarding your second order so we can refund the second shipping charges.

Items must be returned directly to the following address. We do not accept returns to a parcel shop or returns shipped with DAO.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM BOUGHT ONLINE IN THE SP STORE?

Unfortunately, no. All items purchased on sakspotts.com must be returned or refunded directly to our warehouse and cannot be returned to the SP store.
