COLORS:
Saks Potts endeavors to display products as accurately as possible. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the true-to-life representation of colors on the website, as this depends on color settings, your computer, and monitor. Saks Potts is not liable for any discrepancies.
NOTIFICATION OF DEFECTS:
All goods are covered by Danish sale of goods regulations, allowing a 24-month period for complaints. As a customer, you can raise concerns about defects and deficiencies within 24 months of purchase. However, if defects, deficiencies, or wear and tear result from negligent use, lack of maintenance, or normal expected wear and tear due to usage, your right to complain is waived. Claims regarding deficiencies that should be discovered upon product arrival must be reported to Saks Potts within 72 hours of delivery. In case of a valid complaint, a shipping label covering return expenses will be provided.
You can also submit a complaint about a purchased item to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution at Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby.
PRICES, CUSTOMS, AND SALES TAX/VAT:
For international orders from countries outside the European Union, customs duty will be charged upon arrival, dependent on the resident country. The carrier will contact you for any additional charges or customs clearance, potentially causing delivery delays.
Saks Potts is not responsible for payment of this duty. Refusing your shipment makes you accountable for original and return shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs charges, and return package costs, deducted from your merchandise refund. All international orders outside Europe are shipped with DHL.
If your order is from a European Union country, Danish sales taxes and VAT are included in the price. No additional duties will be added upon arrival in the destination country. This is in accordance with customs policies for sales within the EU. For orders outside the EU, you won't pay Danish sales taxes and VAT but will incur additional tax and duties in the destination country. Saks Potts is not responsible for these or any customs fees.
CURRENCY & VALUTA DIFFERENCE:
Prices on the website can be displayed in four different currencies: DKK, EUR, USD, GBP. Use the country selector function at the bottom of the website to change your currency. At checkout, all purchases are charged and shown in EUR, regardless of your previous currency selection. When you place your order, the EUR amount will be deducted from your account in your currency based on the current exchange rate. Upon returning your order, the amount may vary due to currency differences, and Saks Potts is not responsible for covering this difference.
PLACING AN ORDER:
We reserve the right to cancel your order in situations where your payment information is incorrect or unverifiable, or if your order is suspected of fraud, criminal activity, or unintentional website errors.
Before placing the order, you can modify information, including delivery and invoice details or payment information. Once placed, you're bound by the purchase, and modifications or cancellations are not possible. Payment is deducted when goods leave our warehouse.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
You can withdraw your purchase or exchange a product by returning it to Saks Potts within 14 days of receiving it. The deadline is met if you return the goods within 14 days. Saks Potts is not responsible for the returning goods' costs, and no refund of the original shipping fee will be issued.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, with processing upon receiving and inspecting returned goods. It's recommended to keep the postal receipt as proof of delivery to the post office/carrier.
Always reference your order number in communication with us and retain a copy of your cancellation notification for your records.
Saks Potts issues a full refund only if the product is in the same condition as at the time of delivery. Any diminished value due to handling beyond what's necessary may result in a deduction from the refund.
