The Terms & Conditions can be updated regularly and we therefor ask you to accept our Terms & Conditions every time you shop at sakspotts.com. You will not be notified about such updates. The Terms & Conditions that apply when you make your purchase, accepted by you, will be the Terms & Conditions applicable to your order.
The website is available 24 hours a day and is only closed in case of maintenance.
If there are parts of these Terms & Conditions that you do not understand, we recommend that you contact our Customer Service before making a purchase on the Website.
Saks Potts aims to show the products as correctly as possible. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that the colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings, your computer and monitor. Saks Potts cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
NOTIFICATION OF DEFECTS
All goods are covered by the danish sale of goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item. As a customer you can complain about defects and deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase. However, if the defects, deficiencies, or wear and tear are due to negligent use, a lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal and expected wear and tear due to usage your right to complain is renounced. Claims regarding deficiencies that should be discovered upon arrival of the product, must be notified to Saks Potts within 72 hours of delivery. In case of a complaint or a missing delivery please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. If the complaint is valid, we will provide you with a shipping label for your return that covers all return expenses.
You can also submit a complaint about an item that you have purchased from us to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby.
PRICES, CUSTOMS AND SALES TAX/VAT
For international orders made from countries outside the European Union, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. The carrier will contact you in case of any extra charges or customs clearance. This might delay the delivery.
Saks Potts is not responsible for payment of this duty. By law, we cannot change the value of order on commercial invoices. We must adhere to all international import/export laws. If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), as well as the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. All international orders outside of Europe are shipped with DHL.
If your order is placed from a country within the European Union the danish sales taxes and VAT are included in the price. Additional duties will not be added upon arrival in the country of destination. This is according to customs policies regarding sales within the EU. If, however, your order is placed outside the EU, you will not have to pay the danish sales Taxes and VAT but you will have to pay additional tax and duties in the country of destination. Saks Potts is not responsible for these or for any fees charged by customs.
CURRENCY & VALUTA DIFFERENCE
The prices on the Website can be displayed in 4 different valutas; DKK, EUR, USD, GBP. Please use the country selector function at the bottom of the Website if you want to change your valuta selection. At check-out all purchases are charged and shown in EUR, regardless of the valuta you have previously chosen. As soon as you place your order the EUR amount will be deducted from your account in your own valuta based upon the current exchange rate. When you return your order this amount might vary from the originally deducted amount due to valuta difference. Saks Potts is not responsible to cover this difference.
PLACING AN ORDER
We reserve the right to cancel your order in one of the following situations, without being liable for compensation or other costs:
Your payment information is incorrect or cannot be verified.
Your order has been placed for the purpose of committing fraud, etc. or committed in connection with a criminal act or other illegal activity.
An unintentional error occurs on the website, for example a payment error, item is out of stock etc.
Before placing the order, you have the option to change the information you have entered, including delivery and invoice information or payment information. You can also modify your order including changing or removing items from your order. When your order is placed a receipt will appear on your screen and you are bound by the purchase. At this stage you cannot modify or cancel your order.
As soon as your goods leave our warehouse, your payment will be deducted from the card that you have used to place the order.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You are entitled to withdraw your purchase or exchange your product by returning your item to Saks Potts within 14 days of the date on which you have received the product. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the end of the 14 days. Saks Potts is not responsible for the costs of the returning good and we will not issue a refund of the original shipping fee.
We will make your refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received and processed the returned goods at our warehouse.
We recommend that you save the postal receipt as proof that you have delivered the package to the post office / carrier.
We kindly ask you to always refer to your order number in your communication with us. You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records.
Please note that Saks Potts only issues a full refund if the product(s) is in the same conditions as at the time of delivery. If the products’ value has diminished due to your handling of the products to a greater extent than is necessary in order to ascertain its characteristics or function, you have an obligation to reimburse us.
Saks Potts then has the right to withhold such amount of the refund. To avoid a deduction, please make sure the products you wish to refund is in the exact same condition as when you received them, with tag and seal still attached. Accessories that come in a special dust bag must be returned in their undamaged dust bag which is considered to be a part of the product.

All content on the website, such as, but not limited to, design, text, graphics, logos, videos, images and icons and their composition, software complications, source code and software are owned by Saks Potts. The content is protected through the Danish Copyright Act as well as international rules on this matter. Saks Potts hold all copyrights to what is mentioned above.

Any other use of information and material from the website, such as reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, copying, display or performance, is strictly prohibited.
