We ship with the following 3 different shipping companies depending on where you are located : GLS (Denmark), UPS (Europe) & DHL (International).
All orders within Denmark are shipped with GLS. Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery of your order when your order is processed and shipped from our warehouse.
All orders within Europe are shipped with UPS. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery when the package is processed and shipped from our warehouse.
UPS usually operates between 9am-6pm CET on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (Recommended).
If you place an order internationally, outside of Europe, we ship with DHL. Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery when the package is processed and shipped from our warehouse.
If you place your order before 11am CET on business days we will do our best to ship your order on the same day. Please note that national holidays can be an exception.
We send all of our goods as packages, which makes it possible to track them. During shipment the package is insured and we kindly ask you to browse through the content upon delivery. Should the package or the content be damaged upon arrival please report it to your delivery courier immediately, or no later than two days after receiving it. Then return the merchandise to us.
Saks Potts is not responsible for merchandise that is damaged or lost during transportation. We always pack everything carefully, thereby minimizing possible damage.
When your order is placed a receipt will appear on your screen and you are bound by the purchase and cannot modify or cancel your order. Instead you are more than welcome to return your order once received and place a new order on the correct style or size.
Returns and refunds
Saks Potts gladly accept returns, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Saks Potts will refund the full amount of the returned item(s), and you are responsible for all other expenses, including the return costs. Please note that due to Christmas our return period has been extended to the 10th of January on all orders placed after the 22nd of November.
The item(s) should be returned new, unused and with all Saks Potts tags. Returns that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your own expense.
You may try the item(s) without causing any sort of deterioration. If the item(s) are used in any other way than described in the above, we consider the item(s) as used and you will lose your right of return partly or completely.
When returning, please include the packing note received with your order. As soon as we have received the return, the item(s) will go through a quality control check.
Once the return has been accepted, all successfully returned items will be credited to the credit card used to originally purchase the item(s). The original shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive an e-mail notification once the refund has been initiated. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
We do not take responsibility for items lost during the shipment back to us. Therefor we recommend you to keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof that the package was sent.
If you wish to exchange your purchase to a different size or style, please do so by placing a new order on our website and then return the wrong size or style to the address below. The second shipping charges will not be applicable. Therefor please inform us regarding your second order so we can refund the second shipping charges.
Items must be returned directly to the following address. We do not accept returns to a parcel shop or returns shipped with DAO.
